1. What we collect

Account data: name, email address, phone number and password credentials handled by our authentication provider.

Order data: delivery addresses, recipient names and phone numbers, gift messages, personalisation text, and order history.

Payment data: we receive a payment reference and the outcome of a transaction. Full card numbers are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our systems.

Usage data: pages visited, searches and gift finder briefs, used to improve recommendations and to measure how well the product works.

2. Why we use it

To take, review, route and fulfil your orders, including sharing the delivery details a maker needs to complete the order assigned to them.

To send transactional email about an order — confirmation, approval, dispatch and delivery.

To run the AI gift finder, interpret searches and suggest card messages. What you type and our product catalogue are sent to our AI provider from our servers. We do not send your name, email, address or payment details.

To detect fraud, to meet legal and tax obligations, and to improve the service.

3. Who we share it with

Makers receive only what they need to fulfil the items assigned to them: recipient name, delivery address and phone, personalisation text, and the gift message.

Service providers: authentication, hosting, database, payment processing, email delivery and AI inference. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.

Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes under UAE law. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it, subject to those obligations.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.

You can update your name, phone number and saved addresses at any time from your account.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We do not set advertising cookies.
